Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the Stack platform software and related services.

1. Services

Stack is a software platform for adult chat operators. The provider supplies the software and handles installation, customization, and ongoing support according to individual agreement.

2. Pricing and payment

Current prices are listed on the homepage. Setup costs are due partially before and after go-live. Monthly service fees are billed in advance.

3. Contract term

Minimum term is 6 months from go-live. After that, the contract is cancellable monthly.

4. Liability

The provider is liable for damages based on gross negligence or intent. Liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid to date.

5. Jurisdiction

For disputes arising from this contractual relationship, the law of the Republic of Serbia applies.
